Can anything be used on this seat to restore it?

As you can see this Z3 drivers sports seat has all the usual wear. It's shame as the passenger one is in excellent condition. I was wondering if anybody has had any success with any products to improve/restore the seat without reupholstering or if there are any professionals out there I could take it to who might be able to perform some magic?

Z3 Seats originally all black changed to 2 tone covered well using the full kit from Furniture clinic. Suggest 3 coats of colour then 3 coats of lacquer/Sealant. I used a sponge to apply colour then spray (included in kit) for the Lacquer. Furniture clinic have some good how to videos, check out their web site.
