I think I finally figured out how to replace my zipper less back window without paying 400 bucks to replace the whole thing.
hear me out:
so I was at ace hardware and I noticed the sell clear vinyl sheets by the yard, so I picked up a yard of the thicker one they had.
so my back window has no zipper to replace the plastic, instead, it has 2 sewing lines one atop of the other. so Im gonna cut the first sewing line and cut the plastic window off, then im gonna cut the vinyl sheet to size and insert it between the split in the fabric I just created by cutting the 1st sawing line, then glue everything together and sealed the edges. bum, problem solved.
