You are correct.Having owned a Topaz Sport just like that, I'd say it is definitely Topaz too.
@Zephyr, Velvet Blue is quite a purple colour.
That solves it - I saw it under the roof in a petrol station and it did not pop like I expected From Topaz Blue.Topaz can be a stunning colour, but it's certainly not unique.
But it depends on the sunshine. On a dull day, it's a dull colour:
